illusionofjoyThe "State of the Union Address" is tonight at 9:00PM EST. Check local listings, etc. Most of the major news sources have been saying that Bush is promising, "an upbeat state of the union." My question is this: how? I trust, dear reader, that you don't need me to elaborate. I haven't the time for a lengthy post.
