I tried listening to "Edge of the X" tonight, in the hope of hearing some good new lesser-known music. Nope. Not happening. I think I'll stick to reading Pitchfork and taking my chances when I make the purchase.

That said, I've been really digging the new Doves album, Some Cities. I tell you, were I still DJing, my audience would be hearing "Black and White Town" in high rotation.
