Tolerance

I have a test in my drug studies class today. This in itself is bad enough, however despite drinking a soda, I still feel sleepy. At least that's one question I can answer: what is the term used to describe the diminishing returns in the high as the duration of time the drug is taken increases? It's called tolerance. I have built up a tolerance for caffeine and therefore must consume more for the same effects that previous dosages had.

I just don't think that we've gotten to that unit yet. Bugger.
