Required wedding songs

Sometimes I will type random phrases into Google just to see what pops up. A search of "hang the DJ" came up with a list of ten songs you will hear at a wedding reception. Perhaps this is more evidence that I am a bad DJ: at the two weddings I spun at, I never played any of the listed songs. I did get away with playing Book of Love's "You Make Me Feel So Good" and the entirety of Billy Joel's classical piano album, however.

Where the hell was "Old Time Rock N Roll"? I haven't been to a wedding that has been free of that song EVER!

Funny...the last time I went to a wedding, my friend and I decided to make a list of songs that they'd play at the reception, and we made a bet. But we didn't stick around the wedding long enough to know if ALL of the songs were played (though some were definitely played).
