HIV vaccine?

According to asahi.com, researchers have developed a drug that prevents HIV from entering cells. It's still in the testing phase, so it'll be a while before the long-term effectiveness is known, but this is good news nonetheless. If it does turn out to be the real deal, I'm sure the people of Africa would appreciate a shipment for a reasonable price (free).
