I am defiled...

I have never been able to achieve true "indie chic" status in regards to music. First and foremost, a lot of my favourite bands are signed to major labels (i.e.: The Cure, VAST and The Sisters of Mercy all have releases on Elektra). The major sticking point keeping me from utter true and flawless musical elitism though is my damnable weakness for certain pop songs. "All The Things She Said" by Tatu was one of these songs; the same holds true for "Kathy's Song (Come Lie Next To Me)" by Apoptygma Berzerk, "The Reckoning" by Godhead and pretty much anything by Book Of Love. Some pleasures truly are guilty.
