Better an asshole than a whole ass

Despite being a bastard child of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, and much less well-behaved than our little brother, Canada, overall, I think the United States of America is a pretty great nation. Albeit, a great nation with some kinks *cough*regressive politicians*cough* which need to be worked out.

Still, in what other country would three post-grads solicit donations to moon the White House? Okay, so in another nation you might be able to solicit donations to moon Parliament, or the temple or whatnot, but around here, such an act won't get your ass chopped off. The jail time might get it sodomised, however.

Still, these three boys are all about the spirit of democracy. They have two donation buttons: one for mooning and one for not mooning. Whichever reaches their goal of $10,000 first is the winner. Since this campaign began (judging by the linked news article, they've had this site up since sometime in 2002), the Moonies currently have the anti-Moonies trumped $585.22 to $17.75. It is a sad comment on the state of the nation that more haven't voted. It's going to take $9414.78 more to make these boys get cheeky with the Executive branch.
