Recording update

There's plastic over the windows where our air conditioners are installed, on the theory that this prevents drafts and helps keep the apartment warm during the winter. I don't believe it, as my fingers are freezing. Despite that, I still recorded several takes of the piano track to "What Might Have Been," a new-ish song which I played live a couple of times. These recordings were then cut apart and pasted back together into one track, to give the illusion that I played a flawless performance in one take.

I also programmed some percussion for the piece and am in the process of writing a bassline. At present, the live version of the song will remain as a bare-bones solo "piano" piece.
