Warm and cold

I'm sucking down cold pills in an attempt to maintain the ability to breathe through my nose. Meanwhile, the temperature outside has hit 50 degrees. Will the warm weather ease my ailment or will it release all sorts of other nasties into the atmosphere to make me feel worse. Ooh...the suspense!
