George Bush is playing mystery games with his judicial nominees, which really puts him at an advantage, if you think about it. Much like John Roberts, Harriet Miers is nearly a complete unknown. Still, the fact that she makes some so-called conservatives uncomfortable does give me just the faintest spark of hope.
