Aug. 16th, 2006 11:16 pmJust a few things before I fall into the abyss...
Tomorrow is the last day I have to work this week, as I took Friday off. I am unnaturally happy about this. It is not that this week has been particularly stressful, but I do believe that certain routines are grinding me to a pulp.
Friday night: VAST at the Cleveland Agora. Yes, they played in Pittsburgh, but Cleveland has a nicer venue. Advantage: the so-called "mistake on the lake."
I just finished reading The Case For Impeachment: The Legal Argument For Removing President George W. Bush From Office. It was written by Dave Lindorff and Barbara Olshansky, two individuals who managed to collectively build an irrefutable argument that Bush and co. need to go in the space of 288 pages written in four months. If I had the money to do so, I would mail a copy of this to every Democrat in the House and those vying for a position therein.
Speaking of money, "someone" thinks I owe them. This is not true.
Finally, I seem to have broken my obsession with The Sims 2 long enough to noodle around on my keyboard last night. I liked what I heard and may play with it some more. I might even start having sex with my girlfriend again. END TRANS
