I got in touch with tech support about the problem with WAIH's automation software. They replied by sending me a patch to install and the comment that the problem was "weird." I wonder when a problem at WAIH hasn't been weird.
I installed the patch and it did nothing to alleviate the problem. At least it didn't worsen it, as it had to be installed in the Windows Registry folder. I've read about people finding themselves in a computing nightmare after having tampered with the Registry folder. It's as if said folder is a huge boobie-trapped vault in an Indiana Jones movie.
I've emailed tech support again, seeking solutions. In happier news, I'm up to "R" in ripping WAIH's archives...
