Although she declined to join in on the DJ orgy that is the final Ceremony at The Upstage, I still find it to be poor form that joi_division's picture was left off of the flier advertising the event when every other DJ got headspace. Hell, there are photos there of people who were DJs nary more than a handful of months and of people whose only reason for being in the booth was their involvement with an "official" DJ; yet MissJoi's visage is absent. Absurd.

Perhaps I should give the designer, k3llya, the benefit of the doubt - she may have simply forgotten; But the fact of the matter is that I am way too cynical to delude myself in such a way. I have a feeling that should she and I ever meet in person, we'd find much to dislike about each other.

heh... i doubt that you will be going to the last Ceremony then... if you do decide to go, let me know. call my cell... would have been nice if joi_division would have been on the flier. hell, k3llya even sent me a message on myspace asking if it was okay that she put me on a flier. and, i was only involved with a Ceremony DJ for 6 months... heh... even my favourite person is on that flier... *lol*

Unless there are great seismic shifts which throw my battered corpse into the Upstage that Saturday night (or other such incontrovertibly convincing arguments), I am not likely to make an appearance.

It is unfortunate her image did not make the cut. Though missjoi and her pictures will be included in the video loop as well as a poster honouring all DJs past and present.
