Snow what?

I've learned in the past two days that the city of Pittsburgh does not know how to deal with snow. It only takes twelve inches to shut down the city. It only takes forever for public works to clear the white stuff off of the streets and sidewalks! Hey - Pittsburgh, take a cue from Manhattan: snowblow the stuff into dumptrucks and offload it into the nearest waterway!
