Consider the following phrase: "karma karma karma karma karma chameleon..." Now, the normal reaction most people would have is to think, "oh - Culture Club, 'Karma Chameleon.'" I, on the other hand start playing the entirety of the song in my head, recalling (if my faculties don't fail me) that it originally came out in 1983 on the LP Colour By Numbers. Furthermore, I try to determine what label the band was signed to at the time (I think it was Sire) and exactly how much heroin Boy George was shooting up when it was recorded.

All this is because "karma karma karma karma karma chameleon..." is what a friend of mine had posted as an away message. I have a headache.
