missjoi, illusion_of_joy From what I saw today of the people dressed up for Halloween, it would seem that the crack-whore look was the "in" style this year. At least it was amusing to see more than one person dressed up as Roy, after his white-tiger mauling (with a little stuffed white tiger on their backs to "top the sundae," so to speak). On a whim, missjoi and I decided to be twins. Not that one can glean it in the photograph, but we even had our nails painted the same colour and were wearing the exact same style of watch on the same arm. I suppose that it was funnier to the two of us than anyone else, but is that not what is important anyhow?

The two of us ended up going to a Halloween party that night. It wasn't a bad get-together. I got a bit tipsy and the two of us left without feeling completely miserable (something that tends to happen to one or the both of us at these events all too often). In any case, the sign pictured below elevated our moods greatly, regardless. Take a close look:
