I just bought my books for this semester. I'm taking four classes for a total of 13 credit hours and I just got reamed up the arse to the tune of $356.65! One of these is a $127.75 book for Experience of Music, which is packaged with a 5-CD boxed set of classical music. Not that I don't like classical music, but I'm going to return the set. The only reason the discs are there are so we can identify the songs and tell if they are in 3/4 or 4/4 time. If that's all that's going to be done with them, I can spend some time at the Crane library, rather than drive myself into the poor house. I really wish I had passed this course the first time...grrr...stay focused, do the work no matter how asinine. Right...stay focused, do the work no matter how asinine...
