There's a woman who lives near joi_division's apartment. She's a disgusting hag of a being who, out of spite, takes her dog to relieve itself in what little lawn there is adjoining Joi's building. On several occasions we have caught her either in the act, after the act or quickly walking her mutt elsewhere before the act is committed. Being as there is a $200 fine in Pittsburgh for not cleaning up after your dog, this old twat doesn't want the police to catch her doing this. Tonight, I have decided to make her as miserable as possible every time I see her. The plan is simple: all I have to do is talk to her. I'll tell her how disgusting she is. What's she going to do? Yell at me? Beat me up? She can't do shit (that's what the mutt is for). I figure that with enough needling, I'll either give her a heart attack or cause her to have a stroke. Then again, I might get really lucky and be able to flag down a cop as she's letting her dog crap on the lawn again. Cunt.
