New Calla, new Smashing Pumpkin

From Pitchfork: Calla are preparing to release a new album entitled Collisions. Apparently it will be in stores on September 25^th.

Meanwhile, Billy Corgan's debut as a solo artist, The Future Embrace hits next Tuesday. I got a chance to catch the video for the first single off of this disc, "Walking Shade," and I like it. The song kind of sounds like an 80s new wave or goth track. Club-worthy, I think.
