Ebbs and flows

I am tired at the moment, but find myself unable to sleep. I napped a bit this afternoon until The Asian Goddess called. We chatted until she went to work and I resumed napping. Later this evening I was watching a program on TLC about the top ten great unexplained mysteries of all time. At the second commercial break I realized that I had dozed off without knowing it, missing the segment on ghosts (the one I really wanted to see, I might add). Now I find myself quite awake again, simply waiting for that turn to come when my body is willing to accept the sleep it so sorely needs.
