Command presence

Last night there were five police cars outside of the apartment building. joi_division was transfixed the whole time, having been at the window to watch one car drive up, followed by four more. We were both watching as the police lead someone out of the other side of the building, across the courtyard in handcuffs into one of the police cars.

Five cars...either something really heavy went down or the local police are really bored.
