illusionofjoyI finally saw Control in the theatre this afternoon (it arrived in Pittsburgh on Friday). A fine film which anyone who claims any sort of dark aesthetic or who has any interest in quality music should watch. The denouement had me feeling the same way as I did watching Sid & Nancy, however - one knows what is going to happen, but one still watches with an increasing feeling of dread as the inevitable creeps ever closer.
