A big FAIL for Michael Moore

Someone get Michael Moore to the detox centre - he's got Obama kool-aide poisoning! He recently republished his letter to Bush voters after Hurricane Katrina, which of itself is a good read. However, he amended it with this sentence:

(And my idea now, some three years later, is that they seek forgiveness and redemption by voting for Barack Obama -- or just stay home on November 4.)

Telling people to stay home and not vote, Michael? Who the fuck do you think you are! Furthermore, how can you sit idly by, being the muckraker and rabble-rouser that you are and endorse a candidate who is every bit as illegitimate as George W. Bush - who had to cheat in order to obtain his current position. I seem to recall you making a film about a cheating, lying, manipulative politician called Fahrenheit 9/11 which gave said politician the dressing-down he deserved. However, I guess the rules change when the parties do and everyone can be forgiven and redeemed by voting for the cheater this time? I call bullshit.

Then again, I don't need the "forgiveness and redemption" of Barack Obama - I never voted for George W. Bush. I refuse to legitimise corruption in my own party, however and I would never tell a fellow American to stay home on election day.
