While I do not support Obama, I do want to see liberal policies implemented in Washington. The best way to do that with a pending McCain/Palin victory in November is to turn Congress into a lovely, deep veto-proof shade of blue. The call for people to send me information about races in their districts so I can compile a "voters quick guide" of sorts remains. Meanwhile, for those of you who live in Western Pennsylvania's 18th Congressional District like I do, I encourage you to elect Steve O'Donnell to unseat incumbent republican Tim Murphy.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on Palin's speech last night (if you watched it).

Didn't watch it. Didn't watch any of the RNC - the DNC was depressing enough. I probably should see what Palin and McCain said, however, as I don't trust the Cliffs-notes versions from the MSM.

I was in Albany over the weekend. I didn't see one Obama sign, but I saw a smattering of McCain signs. Odd.

I don't think that victory is as pending as you do. The tabloids seem to hate Palin, and that's a better indicator than TV news has been.
