Lights like candles

One of the disadvantages to living in an older city is that the electrical grid isn't as cutting edge as it might be otherwise. Right now we're having a wind storm and the lights are flickering. Hopefully this will end soon - and not in darkness!

Ah. Is that why my lights were flickering? I wasn't sure if I was overloading my circuit, and opted to turn my new light off.
