Okay, Barack, but...
Sep. 17th, 2008 05:08 pm...convince me you mean it, and don't tell me to visit your website! The new ad:
First and foremost, don't be afraid to use the word "Democrat" - this is how I and millions like me identify ourselves and this is how we want to vote. No more of this "post-partisan" bullshit. The republicans give no quarter, neither should you - hit below the belt and blame the republican party for the current mess the country is in. It'll hurt even more because it is completely true. Quit talking about "unity" and give us concise and concrete reasons to jump on the bus (after we crawl out from under it, of course).
As an interesting aside, Politico published an article about how many political ads made during this campaign will never make it to television. These ads are actually intended for the internet, YouTube specifically as people will pick them up and repost them without either campaign having to spend a penny for the exposure. So, it seems I've been duped too...but then again, I'm an American voter, so that's to be expected.
