From the Washington Post: A Sphere of Influence - lobbyists for healthcare companies who formerly worked with key committees in drafting health care legislation. Of the 23 members of the finance committee, only four Democrats and three Republicans do not possess such a lobbying connection. That is not to say that they aren't being lobbied, however.
