She was already named Katie and since that's a respectable name, it's staying. That and "Katie Cat" sounds irresistibly cute.

What's funny is that he's the one who has been backing off and acting all nervous around the new arrival. She even dashed past him at the time he usually gets fed and started scarfing down his food. I think we have the makings of a feline matriarchy here.
