Exchanging the bed frame

A few months back, I was given a new bed frame. organizedknots had bought it for me because she was sick of sleeping on my cheaply made futon.

While the futon now rests in pieces, we discovered that the new bed frame - which is rated to hold upwards of 2,000 pounds - was bending beneath us. Strange as that was, it was the side I sleep on which was showing the most distress.

After a phone call and emailed photo exchange with the company tonight, it seems that I will be getting a new bed frame within the week. Hopefully this one will last...like so many other things, 2009 was not a good year for beds.
