I've seen pics of her before - it's very disturbing to see a full-length image. Seems you start off with a bigger corset and just keep adjusting it over time - eventually your ribs and organs squish out of place. It was very popular in the old days, now it's just a fetish thing. Need I add that she started doing it for her boyfriend?

Personally, I wouldn't remain in a relationship very long with a woman who basically said to me, "hey, how about rearranging your internal organs!" I'm just waiting for the day authorities find them in their domicile, dead from apparently breaking in half.
