That's a pisser
Dec. 7th, 2004 11:23 pmMore reasons to avoid Pittsburgh's South Side on the weekends: According to an Associated Press article, incidents of public urination have become so common that the city has hired police officers to patrol for offenders. So far over 200 citations have been handed out, each one with a fine of $300. Makes the South Side public pay toilet and the filthy bar bathrooms seem reasonable by comparison, doesn't it?

Date: 2004-12-08 11:16 am (UTC)Back in my old apartment, I lived on the first floor- right in front of my apartment front door, there was a tree. More humans visited that tree than dogs. One night I had my lights out and the door open- and some guy started peeing on my tree. He wasn't done- and I started clapping- he ran.
I don't get it why people seem to think it's ok to pee on the street by people's homes. But then again, I don't get it why people get so wasted they feel it's ok to do this as well. They act like no one lives down here.
I say this weekend we hang by my window and drop stuff out on the drunks.
